Delete your Erumore account
You can delete your account and all your data yourself, at any time, in the app or on the website.
How to delete it
- Open Erumore (the website or the phone app) and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Privacy and data.
- Choose “Delete my account”, type DELETE and confirm. If you signed up with a password, enter it too.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, country, language and settings.
- All your tests, questions, answers, grades and feedback.
- Your progress, mastery, distinctions, rankings and learning notes.
- Your sign-in account (email address and password).
What can remain
- Backups kept by our database provider for a short time are overwritten on their normal schedule; deleted data is never restored into the live service.
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices once paid plans are available.
- A profile link you shared contains a copy of what it showed when you shared it. We cannot recall it.
If you cannot sign in, write to contact@explar.space from the address of your account. We delete the account and reply within one month.
